As Corporate Strategy & Transformation Manager, Lejla Karaman is responsible for the further development and implementation of the corporate strategy. She ensures that strategic goals are clearly formulated, made measurable and consistently anchored in the company - from management level to the operational teams.
Its focus is on combining strategy with implementation: through clear priorities, transparent targets and effective control mechanisms. In doing so, she works closely with management, executives and central functions and provides orientation in complex change projects.

As Head of Product Strategy Management & Product Marketing, Sophie Deisinger is responsible for the strategic direction of our products and therefore the question of how they will continue to develop in the long term in order to create real customer benefits. As the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, she is particularly close to the needs of the market and at the same time in close contact with R&D. As Vice President Research & Development, Jakob Eidenberger is responsible for the strategic development of the products and development organization and ensures that product strategy becomes reliable and deliverable product increments. He has extensive experience in ERP-related customer projects, product development and technological leadership and has led organizations through reorganizations, mergers and far-reaching changes. As a bridge builder between business, product management and engineering, he creates clarity in complex structures and aligns teams towards common goals.

As Vice President Operations at DIG GmbH, Hannes Hemetsberger is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the post-sales organization. Since joining the company in 2017, he has played a key role in the further development of the company in several management roles. Today, he manages the entire process chain - from onboarding and order implementation to EDI engineering and delivery to support and order management.
His work focuses on sustainable digital transformation with a clear focus on customer experience. The aim is to think processes end-to-end, consistently automate them and offer customers an efficient, transparent and scalable experience along the entire journey.
Hannes has been working intensively with spend management and digital procurement processes since 2010. This is where he sees the greatest potential to apply his knowledge effectively. His particular strength lies in combining technological and business perspectives and understanding both worlds equally.
Proximity to the customer is of central importance to him. Hannes enjoys communicating directly with users and decision-makers in order to identify real requirements at an early stage and further develop digital solutions in a practical manner.
As a graduate computer scientist and business IT specialist, he combines two academic degrees that shape his ability to translate complex technologies into economically sustainable processes. His data-driven approach enables well-founded decisions, clear priorities and continuous further development of the organization.

As Vice President Sales at DIG GmbH, Bernhard Kukla is responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of sales. His focus is on the successful positioning of SaaS solutions for digital procurement, especially in the areas of Purchase to Pay & Source to Contract solutions - with the aim of simplifying processes, creating transparency and achieving sustainable customer benefits in spend management.
With over 15 years of experience in B2B technology sales, he combines strategic market development with practical implementation strength. His particular strength lies in building high-performance teams and developing clear go-to-market structures in sales.
As a leader, Bernhard stands for transparency, leading by example and value-oriented cooperation. He attaches great importance to supporting people individually, strengthening personal responsibility and providing orientation in change processes.
