Master data management: Automated data maintenance by regularly inviting suppliers to check their data using intuitive forms. After approval, changes are updated in the system and, if necessary, in the ERP system for consistent data quality without manual effort.
Document management: Central, versioned storage of all relevant documents with automatic deadline monitoring. The system provides timely information about upcoming updates and ensures legal certainty and compliance without active monitoring by the purchasing department.
