2009 to 2019: 10 years of digitized and automated procurement
It is spring 2009 and curecomp Software Services GmbH is in its 5th year of existence, but still a start-up. Rosenbauer is already 143 years old and the market and innovation leader for firefighting vehicles, and not just in Europe.
The implementation project was launched in May 2009, and the first GO LIVE took place at Rosenbauer's headquarters at the end of September 2009 with the first suppliers and the most important processes.
From 2010 to 2012, a focused roll-out and the implementation of the credit note procedure took place. In 2011 and 2012, we designed inquiries and tenders together with Rosenbauer. The GO LIVE took place in May 2012. More than 2,000 inquiries per year are now processed automatically and fully digitized.
In the area of order processing, over 10,000 order items per month are processed via clevercure. After an implementation time of less than 4 months, the DIG catalog system went live in October 2019.
Rosenbauer International AG is focusing on improving the quality of master data. After a good 3 months of implementation, live operation with the first partial functionalities was launched in fall 2019.
