Guided Buying for secure orientation in purchasing!

Single Point of Purchase
Guided Buying ensures unconditional compliance with procurement guidelines - and provides easy access to other administrative processes in companies.

Guided Buying: procurement/purchasing with better usability

Our intuitive user guidance makes the goal tangible: The DIG Guided Buying add-on easily allows the design of a company- and user-specific user guidance. This guarantees that procurement guidelines are adhered to completely without training and inquiries to Purchasing - making Maverick Buying a thing of the past!

Guided Buying supports the establishment of a single point of purchase with clear, goal-oriented structures: Regardless of whether a smartphone or repair is ordered, a print order is placed, or internal procurement processes are initiated, e.g., for the compilation of equipment for a trade fair, or business trips are to be booked, DIG Guided Buying creates maximum efficiency as a convenient buying assistant with individually configurable user guidance. DIG Guided Buying can also be retrofitted to existing solutions as an add-on.

Logical tile structure, quick orientation for rule-compliant procurement

With the tile system, all content can be structured individually for each user using drag & drop in the WYSIWYG editor. This also allows different suppliers to be assigned according to location. The tile structure can be configured as required, so that any number of other tiles can be placed behind the "Office equipment" tile (e.g. "Stationery", "Office furniture" etc.), thereby structuring the existing range and channeling procurement processes. Each product/service can also be assigned to different procurement channels (catalog, marketplace, free text, etc.). This ensures that all purchases are made from the preferred suppliers in accordance with the rules.

The various tiles with different functions (right-hand side) can be easily arranged using drag & drop.

Example from the medical sector. In addition to individual tiles, information (e.g. general purchasing specifications, delivery intervals, etc.) can also be communicated in a centrally controlled manner.

Significant simplification and relief for the purchasing department

The Guided Buying add-on is therefore a further building block for transparent procurement: requesters are guided through the relevant procurement process on a central platform, regardless of whether it is a catalog or free text order, tender or similar. At the same time, of course, all guidelines are adhered to, such as certain approval processes above certain value limits. Simple and intuitive, without any training or support from the purchasing department. In addition, third-party systems can also be made easily accessible with single sign-on (SSO) if required. For efficient working.

Convenient user interface

The underlying procurement systems are controlled via Guided Buying as an individual user interface. This means that all processes run as intended: from the creation of the order to the transfer of master data, account assignments, etc. DIG's Guided Buying module thus guides the user safely through the entire procurement process, from the search to the completion of the intended ordering process.
